For a campaign’s purpose, tax status, receipt, use of funds, participant conduct, contest result, refund decision, or donor relationship, contact the client nonprofit identified on the campaign page or receipt. It is the fundraiser sponsor and merchant of record.
For account access, platform security, privacy, accessibility, prohibited content, unresolved nonprofit contact, or a RaiseRace service issue, contact RaiseRace. Do not send full card or bank details, passwords, authentication codes, or unnecessary identity documents by email.
2. Information to provide
- Your name and a safe method for receiving a response.
- The nonprofit, campaign, page, transaction date and amount, and receipt or reference ID when relevant.
- A concise description, requested resolution, and relevant deadline.
- For privacy requests, the right requested and information reasonably necessary to verify identity, authority, and relevant records.
3. Review and response
RaiseRace will route a matter to the appropriate client nonprofit or service team, prioritize urgent security and safety reports, and respond within the period required by applicable law or otherwise as reasonably practicable. RaiseRace may request additional information, preserve relevant records, and coordinate with Stripe, Clerk, Amazon Web Services, the client nonprofit, or lawful authorities as appropriate.
A person dissatisfied with a material privacy, access, suspension, or prohibited-use decision may request review and explain the basis for the request. Applicable legal rights to contact a payment issuer, regulator, attorney general, charity official, consumer agency, court, or other authority are not limited by this process.
4. Intellectual-property notices
A copyright or other intellectual-property notice may be sent to support@nakeadigital.com and should identify the protected work, the material at issue and its location, the complaining party’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy and authority statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature. RaiseRace may request additional information and process valid notices and counter-notices under applicable law.
5. Emergencies
Contact local emergency services for an immediate threat to life or safety. Contact the payment method issuer promptly for suspected payment fraud. RaiseRace support is not an emergency service.
