Free to enter. One story per registered individual; you may share it on behalf of a club. No recording or performance required. Donate to vote: every whole $1 adds one vote. Optional processing-cost coverage does not add votes.
Submit and resubmit corrections by November 7 at 5:00 PM PST. Unapproved stories cannot receive votes. Donations count once toward Memory Makers and the entry owner’s fundraiser and active registered team, if any.
If two entries finish with the same vote total, the entry that reached that total first wins.
Entries must include a song title and artist plus an original story of up to 150 words about a meaningful memory or connection. Photos are optional; entrants must have permission to share submitted photos and any identifiable person’s story. No recording or performance is required. Submit entries and requested corrections by November 7, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific. Late submissions and late corrections are not accepted. Only organizer-approved entries may receive votes; entry content cannot change after the deadline. Entries that are unrelated, abusive, misleading, copied without permission, or violate these rules may be rejected or disqualified by the organizer. Donations remain credited to the campaign and original fundraising subject.
